DIT IS EEN ECHTE PROFESSIONELE ONTWIKKELAAR!

 

The AR46 is a positive Developer from C.I.F. for positive presensitized boards Special anti-foam developer for machine.

It is in the form of clear liquid with odourless and soluble in water.
It has alkaline pH value.
 
1 litre ready for use. Onverdund gebruiken.
 
Prepare the development in a tray
Pour the contents of CIF AR46 in the tray, use at 18° minimum.
Immediately after exposure, put the PCB into the developer and shake.
The photosensitive resin which has been exposed should disappear in less than 2
minutes.
If the plate is not immediately etched, rinse it with running water.

Het witte poeder of korrels wat als ontwikkelaar wordt aangeboden is zonder uitzondering  Caustic Soda.
Caustic Soda is het zelfde als gootsteen ontstopper wat voor bijna niets in bouwmarkten verkrijgbaar is.
Caustic Soda is geen ontwikkelaar maar een etsmiddel.
De belichte film is zachter dan de niet belichte film waardoor deze eerder is weg geëtst.
Uiteindelijk wordt dus alles weg geëtst.
Vervelende is dat de ets activiteit sterk afhankelijk is van de temperatuur.
Bij vooral dunne printsporen (0,1mm) wordt het lastig om met Caustic Soda altijd een gegarandeerde kwaliteit te behalen.
